I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before about a supermarket but I think if you have such a great experience anywhere people need to know! Thank you to the self checkout supervisor (with the BEAUTIFUL hair) today for making my day and restoring my faith in humanity. You are so genuine and kind even after having a comment made by a customer which could have been taken the wrong way by someone who wasn’t as evolved of a person. Your parents or whomever raised you deserve a medal they have raised a wonderful person and your employer is so lucky to have you! Hopefully your great attitude can catch on by others and more people in the world can be like you. I’m shopping at Woolworths from now on!

Atrocious customer service today when I attempted to return an item with the receipt purchased on 24/12/2022 because it was surplus to Xmas Day needs due to illness. The assistant was arrogant & despite having the receipt & genuine reason for return refused to offer a store credit let alone a full refund, which Coles would have done!

I stopped in here for a couple of things and found it was rather popular for the locals.. Very well laid out inside as is the norm for grocery stores, and considering it was a Sunday it was quite busy..
