I have been going to this store probably twice a week for 10 years. I have always been unfailingly polite to all staff. Twice I have even paid for older customers groceries when they have had trouble at the checkout. Because of this, I was extremely disappointed at my treatment today. The checkout lady took my bag and shook it out to open it up. A speck of something came out of the bag and hit her in the eye. I had purchased this bag only 16 hours ago at Woolworths Galleria. It was essentially brand new. However, she told me in a voice loud enough for other shoppers to hear that I had brought a dirty bag to the shops, and that it was not nice to bring a dirty bag and give it to her. I thought this was totally unnecessary and quite unfair on me.

Over all my experience was very pleasant. However today I was walking in the centre when I was yelled at by one of your trolley boys. He told me to get out of the way. He was totally out of order and extremely rude. He was going to fast with more than 10 trolleys. The other trolley boy behind him nearly hit an old woman.

On 31 March 2023- Friday, I used the self-serve checkout as I normally do at the Woolworths, Dianella Plaza. After a trolley load of goods amounting to over $300 I exited and was abruptly, rudely and loudly called back by the attendant, all eyes on me at this point. I was visibly shocked and confused, I asked her why she called me, her answer: Did you pay?"- (I still had the receipt in my hand)

Disgusting attitude from staff at the front desk especially to loyal customers. Open some check outs before telling me and my family we have too much to check out at the empty express lane

Large supermarket with a wide range of grocery items. They have a large international food section as well as cheese and deli goods.Usually well stocked even on busy weekends and weeknights.They are easily accessed from a parking lot close by.
