Always busy here.. better not to come on weekends. I came here on Sunday afternoon, there was even no eggs in fridge.

The best place to wander around and do some shopping. Sometimes there live music organised by the Shopping Centre. This place just get better each time we visit our family & friends.

Lady at the service desk doesn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what I was asking for but was happy to serve a Chinese person and speak Chinese. Luckily another worker was there and could help me and gave excellent service. Why do you hire people in customer service who don’t speak English?

The customer service people are so racist to the black people and they literally ask to check your bag for no reason. They will also follow you around the shopping centre and make you feel uncomfortable. This is the worst Coles to ever go too.

This Coles is great from a product range and availability perspective - certainly the largest in our area and one I travel to. The issue is finding consistently only two staffed checkouts open - if I'm at this Coles, I have a loaded full size trolley, and I will have at least one of my toddlers in tow. This combination precludes me from using the self-checkout facilities. Yesterday - a 40 min wait, 6 trolleys deep, 1 reg open at 3pm. Such a shame this will drive us to find alternatives.

Just like last times always busy,stocks are almost of the selfs.The staffs are trying there best to put more stocks on.The busiest COLESi had ever seen in Perth.
