Main negative of this store is how slow the checkout staff are. It takes longer to go through the checkout than to do a $300 shop. Very frustrating!! I just want to get in there and do myself twice as fast!!

Very poor customer service by staff and manager.Refused to change $22 coins to notes, wasted 10 minutes to explain the govt guidelines. I went to another Woolies store. Manager was at the customer service. Response to exchange was YES SIR. WE CERTAINLY CAN.Woolworth Ballajura has to learn some customer service skills.Manager at other store explained that such requests take 5 to 10 minutes of their day. But customer satisfaction is gained.

Shocking customer service on the checkouts from a guy named Aidan. Firstly, he refused to pack our shopping in bags when he clearly did it for both the people before and after us and just left the produce on the counter expecting us to pack it ourself. On top of that he messed up on our team member discounts by not using the additional 5% when we clearly said to use it. Not sure whether it was racism and don't won't to pin it on that but definetly needs to be looked into.

The only thing good about this place is it's on my way home.Never have the same stock as the other stores.The shopping centre itself needs renovations and every time you leave there's always someone asking you for money.

The Shopping Centre has a lack of diversity and culture. I believe they should rebuild the whole area also has a lack of fresh produce. The price needs to be changed as well. they also need to fix the carpark. the team needs to work the checkouts better.The team members is brillaintly excuted apart from certain people

Woolworths is a clean friendly store with access to all your food and home basic needs, found the 1 piece of free fruit for kits a very simple but healthy idea.Thank you for the lovely aircon during a 40°c day.

Clean and well stocked. Shame about a staff member at the self service area. We had never done self service before. So spoke to Gemma to make sure we had done everything correctly. She looked at us with great distain and offered no help.
