Chris, the store manager was very quick to call extra staff to the checkouts when required, and he's very fast as an operator. I enjoyed good service at Cole's, completely the opposite to my experience at Woolworths Palmyra.

Great to see the change in customer interaction. Friendly and helpful without overdoing it. Especially the lady in the self processing area, almost makes the weekly shopping trip a joy..... everyone should be as nice!

Coles Fremantle is in dire need of a facelift. I mean come on! Shouldn’t the Port City have the trendiest, most new-age Coles in town instead of a rundown, barely scraping a pass-mark supermarket that looks like it was taken out of a post-apocalyptic consumer magazine? With all that being said there are some positives to take away from Coles Freo, including the mix range which is few and far between amongst the supermarket chain these days. Fresh Produce could do with a tidy up and I’d love to see the Deli department redone. Anywho... 3 stars from me.

Love this store, hope they never renovate it, has a nice feel about it! Staff are lovely , love old shops down there, they’ve started work near target down there, doesn’t feel that Fremantle strip

It is a fantastic coles. The check-out and customer service people, all make you feel like family. I love it. Great produce and of course very conveniently located in wonderful Fremantle Woolstores. Bus & train depots close by and plenty of parking for car users. There are spectacular views of the Port from the second floor of the parking are. It is well worth a visit anytime. Prices are good.

Too many times, I've turned up here to do my weekly shopping, only to discover that Coles has deleted yet another line that I buy on a regular weekly basis. Can't be bother going there again - so our annual spend at the supermarket, which has been running at something over $7,000 a year, is now going elsewhere.

Just shopped at this store and bought some chicken thighs. Our fault for not checking more closely but got home to find package had been broken then resealed with glad wrap. In this day of food tampering and extra hygiene safe guards this should never have been repackaged. Will not shop here again.

Desk for customer service is mostly unattended. Worst customer service desk in Australia. After a few years still not fixed and getting worse. Staff run into you without watching where they are going. Zero rating. Dis

Supermarket shopping could be so much more of a pleasant experience these days.. but its not "Supermarkets have a captive audience..everyone needs to food shop..Coles...hanging in there until new improved Coles supermarket is built into new building in that location..Lets hope the new store..when ever that gets built.. offers some enjoyment..for dreary shopping.."

Coles in Fremantle is where i do all my shopping. It's staff are friendly and i have even gotten on chatting basis with some. Definitely not ur average Coles. Happy, helpful and the staff seem they actually want to there
