Coles Beechboro

One of the best Coles I’ve ever been to, I was lucky to get served by a young lady Annabelle. She was very helpful and helped with my troubles at self serve. I do have one mention at about a older worker there who was dissing all the other staff even the one who served me !!!! Definitely recommend better management but most staff there are very pleasant. Safe to say I’ll be back Beechboro Coles.

So....just went here, did a bit of shopping, checked out at the checkout and went to the smoke counter. Your employee, Gail/Gayle, however she spells it, elderly lady with ash blonde/grey hair, cut in a bob style, was serving a lady at the checkout. As she was doing this the phone rang, she finished up serving and excused herself...to the next person in line...to answer the phone. She did not acknowledge my presence at the smoke counter while passing me to answer the phone, neither did she acknowledge my presence on the way back to the counter and proceeded to serve the next lady in line, whose trolley was quite full.I commented 'are you joking?', she ignored me, I said again 'are you serious? I just want some smokes!!' , she responded 'she was here before you'!?! I said 'I just want a packet of smokes and she has a trolley full of stuff, common sense should have told you to get me out of the way first?!??' She ignored me, I left and bought my lotto. Never have I experienced such arrogance by someone who's job is customer service.When walking back, there was a few people now waiting at the smoke counter while she was still serving people at the checkout!!!! I then asked her for her name.I suggest that if this woman (employee) cannot manage two counters, she be moved to another position. I am not impatient, I can easily wait while someone is being served but....when you've finished and move onto the next person without so much as an acknowledgement??? That is NOT overly great customer service.Not impressed, maybe a class in customer service could help, too? The one star is for her, not coles...although, she does represent the company, as an employee...

Always great friendly staff however I can't get over the fact that after 3 plus years, that I know of,, the internet inside the shop doesn't work!

A good all round coles for grocery shopping.. although a lot of stock was empty or sold out. But friendly staff

Please redesign this defunct and archaic self serve area. You can hardly breathe let alone manoeuvre with 6 people in a 10m2 tiny tiny area. There are bins and bags and paraphernalia under areas where your meant to slide a smaller trolley into the silver shelf areas. With 100s of millions of budget dollars surely some dingbat in head office can redesign this frustratingand backwards area.

Do shopping in here for more than 5 years, used to be so good with friendly staff. But unfortunately I had quite a few rude staff experience recently. Eg: asked me to bag for them when check out in person. Another one was update me with none left without check the stock availability at the back. Click and collect order took more than 20 min to get your shopping in the counter, one staff asked the other, the other called the staff at the back, then another 15min they appeared. Need a good manager now apparently.

Not my initial intention to go to, did not regret! Excellent customer service from a lady in the express checkout area. Nice chat especially since I kept rescanning the wrong barcodes. That woman had the patience of a Saint! Exchange some helpful tips between her and my friend. Definitely returning for that kind of service.

Don't bother trying to get cigarettes here ..the lady's always ignore you even tho they no you are there ..it has frustrated me alot of times I normally walk of a go buy the at the service station even tho they cost more .. at least you get served
